MyToDoLists.online is a simple, privacy‑first task manager that stores all your to‑do lists locally on your device, not on our servers. It’s designed for everyday users who want a clean, fast, no‑nonsense way to manage tasks.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs directly in your browser. Just log in, open your Dashboard, and start managing your lists.

Does it work offline?

Yes — once the page is loaded, your lists remain accessible because they’re stored locally on your device.

Privacy & Data Storage

Where is my data stored?

All your lists are stored locally on your device using modern browser storage technology. We never store, sync, or access your data.

Do you track me or collect analytics?

No. We do not track your activity, collect personal data, or store your lists on our servers.

What happens if I clear my browser data?

Because your lists are stored locally, clearing your browser storage may delete them. Premium users can avoid this by using the Backup & Restore feature.

Using the App

How do I create a new list?

Go to your Dashboard, click New List, give it a name, and start adding tasks.

How do I edit or delete a list?

Select the list from the dropdown menu in the Dashboard. You’ll see options to edit or delete it.

Can I use this on multiple devices?

The free version stores data only on the device you’re using. Premium users can export and import lists to move them between devices.

What do I get with Premium?

Premium ($10/year) unlocks:

How do I upgrade?

Troubleshooting

My lists disappeared — what happened?

If you cleared your browser data or switched browsers/devices, your local storage may have been reset. Premium users can restore from a backup.

The Dashboard isn’t loading correctly.

Try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Logging out and back in
  • Clearing your browser cache (not storage)
  • Trying a different browser
